Return Procedure

There are two options available on how you may return your item(s).

A pre-paid United States postal service return label is can be printed with each original shipment.  Please go to our returns portal and enter your order number and zip code. Please choose the item or items you want to return and choose a reason for your return. Print your label, place on the outside of the box and take to your nearest USPS location. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. The pre-paid return label fee is $7.95 and is deducted form your refund total, upon receipt at our warehouse. 


Ship item(s) back at your own expense - We recommend that you insure your shipment and/or select a shipping method with a tracking number since you are responsible for the items until they arrive at our BloqUV warehouse.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains including makeup, deodorant, dirt, or other. All items are inspected prior to issuing refunds. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if an item does not pass inspection. The item will be shipped back to your mailing address. 

  • Items must be purchased via 

  • Items marked final sale are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

  • All returns must include an order packing slip OR order number marked on the package, to avoid issues in processing your return.

  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must include the order packing slip OR mark each order number on the package for each applicable order.

Exchange Procedure

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item(s) to us and place a new order to receive the item(s) of your choice. To process a return, please follow the steps stated above in “RETURN PROCEDURE”.

What if my item is unavailable?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items listed on our website, occasionally we will run out of a specific style, color or size combination. If one (or more) of the items on your order are out of stock, we will fulfill what we have, and issue a refund for the balance, back to your original form of payment.  

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please click here to contact our Customer Service team via email and your order will be attended to as soon as possible.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Price Adjustment Policy

  • If your Regular priced item goes on sale within 7 days after your purchase, we will be happy to make a one-time price adjustment for that item.

  • Sale items and those items designated as Final Sale are not eligable for price adjustments.
